      Pros

      Work-from-home flexibility, decent benefits, work-life balance, unlimited PTO for US-based employees.

      Cons

      Chaotic most of the time. Right-hand doesn't seem to connect well with the left. Large company (4000+ employees) still trying to operate as if there are only 100 employees. Little room for personal growth.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
