1. Pay - The salaries for most (if not all) positions are far under industry standard. Company-wide salary increases were rejected last year and this is projected to occur again.
2. Stability - Layoffs are becoming a frequent occurrence. Ivanti is in a very competitive space with their product suite and products have been littered with vulnerabilities and a lack of robust functionality. In short, I have little faith this company will survive long-term. Ivanti doesn't even use most of their own products internally because, candidly, they are not good enough. Leadership is also constantly shifting and reorganizing. If you are not in sales, your job is not secure.
3. Growth - There are little to no opportunities for professional or career growth. If you are looking to be expand your skillset, work for promotion, and/or receive steady pay increases then best to look elsewhere.
