Coworker, and customers. Advancement is good I guess. Learning a lot of new things that can help you earn experience to find something better
Cons
basically only get to a shift manager after that you're kind of just stuck there. They expect so much out of employees for what? Nothing gets noticed. They always waited until the day maybe 2 days before putting the new schedule out. Bad management.
