Great workplace in norway : oslo.. alot of nice coworker that can alot of mixed stuff

The managed services to customer can be alot better. The service catalog is too big and to much turnover. Department not talking together in many cases / projects

Great colleagues. Had a lot of fun working with several people here.

There were constant reorganizations, about 1–2 per year, which meant you were repeatedly shuffled between different roles. The organization was incredibly chaotic, with frequent changes of CEO. You rarely had time to settle into a new position before another reorganization came along with new priorities, new tasks, and new directions. Overall, governance was poor.
