Pros

A pay check in spite of the serious cash flow issues resulting in not paying random field technicians, material vendors and discontinuing 401k contributions to employee accounts.

Cons

If you don't mind sitting in broken chairs-scrounging for office material/equipment that work, buying your own office supplies. Try doing tasks that there is no training or the training provided directly contradicts how to do something.If your not one of the favorites or the "flavor of the month" (favoritism is fleeting sometimes) then you are micro managed to death. Communication is laughable. At first managers and supervisors may answer a question or an email initially its just a short period until you get ignored or micro managed because nothing you do is good enough for management. Try communicating with HR and if your lucky you might get a response. There are many reasons Iverify have employees leave at an alarming rate. So many parts of this business are broken. Mostly no raises. Performance reviews are a joke. Benefits are bad but better than they were a year ago. If you don't mind any of these things then you will be successful at Iverify at least for awhile.

Pros

Iverify has made great progress over the past year. The company is focused on what is important, is investing in new software to automate, and creating efficiencies across the company. There is a strong focus on ensuring our customers receive the best service. They launched a new software called service max that provides better insight and service to our customers who are taken care of by subcontractors who perform service calls at their locations. Communications are excellent from both my direct managers and from senior management. I like the monthly all company meetings and the recognition given to employees. Funny reading some of the other comments on glassdoor. I wonder what company they thought they were working for. Company is not perfect, no company is, however it has moved in the right direction. The passion and purpose across the company is excellent.

Pros

I think the fridge stays good and cold. Maybe. Other than that, there isn't much at all....and it's very apparent.

Cons

Having to work here. It's funny. They always post in here "oh bring issues up to us right away" or "please tell me more in detail so this can be addressed"......It's nothing more than a smoke show. There's not a single soul that cares about you or what you deal with. Every person in "leadership" is more than aware of the issues, and yet they do ZERO about fixing any of it. At the rate customers are leaving, we won't be around much longer, and that makes me ill to know how hard myself and some others have worked to get this place where it needs to be. Just to see it destroyed by a new CEO that has a hare trigger temper and throws tantrums from time to time. Like all ESERVS being done in 24 hours?? Yeah, good call.... There is no leadership here....and all they'll do is say whatever needs to be said to make their next move sound good. And it'll be done at your expense.
