Pros
Coordinators and lower management are really great people
Ownership, when around (which seems rarer and rarer), seems to genuinely care about associates
The culture team will give you free snacks
Cons
Ivie seems to keep making the same mistakes over and over again with no consequences for the senior management - there is no apparent longterm plan or if there is, it hasn't been communicated to associates
Ownership and company Presidents never seem to be around
Pay is below market value across the board
Layoffs have been ongoing throughout 2017 - mostly to people that had tenure or were making higher salaries
Company keeps expanding through acquisitions and opening new offices with no real plan on how to integrate or make things work.
VPs will make promises to clients without any idea if they're actually achievable, and when they're not, they'll drop the hammer on the associates who tried their best
