I can't think of any

Its a team environment with challenging/fast-pace goals and rewards. The sales training I received during my time with the CEO has helped me tremendously in my next role. Because of the work ethic I learned at Ivory Coast Events I am not a top performer and a rookie on the rise at my new role. You'll read some negative reviews but they are form people who should have never been in sales or just did not want to work the program. That is not the company's fault, its theirs for wasting the CEO's time and someone's spot in the intense training program. I loved my time here and all of the one-on-one training I received.

Hard work shouldn't be a "con" but unfortunately you'll read this on some reviews.
