      The team, while I was at Ivory Ella, was great. Collaborative and smart.

      The company has since been acquired by Nadaam and I believe many people good people have left.

      Pros

      Unbelieavably friendly staff and hard working atmosphere promoted positive influences over all the employees. Ivoryella is a family that works together and efficiently.

      Cons

      The headquarters are far from a big city. Rhode Island is beautiful, but for younger employees, it does not compare to living in a big city.
