      Pros

      Good introductory exposure to hedge funds and alternative investments. Great balance of work and personal life. Long Island life style. Fully stocked kitchen and company events. Some of the best people that I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      Get's you used to a Long Island life style which does not prepare you well for NYC hours and stress. Salary is not commensurate with industry but is balance by better quality of life.

      Pros

      Nice atmosphere to work in, good office environment.. and the work is not as stressful as in a real hedge fund job.

      Cons

      Compensation is in line with the amount of work--not much work, not much compensation. Also interns are not really used for their full value, which leaves a lot of down time.
