      Pros

      The pay was good and the small staff meant that organizing/logistics was not too difficult.

      Cons

      My boss was disorganized- would text me late at night on Sunday to come in for an early shift Monday, payments could be delayed. I was a temporary employee so this may not be the norm, but I found my time there to be frustrating.

      - Everyone working there is so nice and friendly - Flexibility with lesson plans and day schedules - Ms. Rhee and the teachers working there are super helpful - Provides lunch and free treats for kids at the end of the day

      Cons

      - The rooms are a bit small to hold classes of 10-15 students - Old-ish classroom supplies

      Students are payed very poorly for the amount of work they are requested to do so it is unfair
