Pros
Good company culture with a positive team, clear expectations for work requirements and a great regular schedule for my position, There appears to be lots of opportunities for growth as well, and really amazing perks for working here (great insurance options, holiday time off, gym access, good PTO and fair pay). There are some truly amazing doctors and staff at this business and I genuinely enjoy going to work. Good work life balance and positive relationships, I do highly recommend working here.
Cons
It is a busy clinic, and a lot of phones and emails, very fast paced and you need to be able to assess problems and situations quickly. Sometimes it can get overwhelming and if you're not a people person I would not recommend working in a fertility clinic as you are interacting with others all day long in very heightened emotional settings. Not the most flexibility if you're looking for something flexible with hours.
