The benefits and continuing education package will seem like pros but when you actually get the job you will realize why they need all this fluff.
Cons
Management, corporate, only caring about money and visits/therapists well being and pt care. Very low salary compared to other places. Excessive burnout.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear you had a positive experience with your teammates and leaders during your time at Ivy. We appreciate your feedback and are grateful for the care and support you provided to patients and families. Wishing you all the best in what's next.
Unfortunately, I did not experience enough positive aspects during my time with the company to outweigh the ongoing workplace challenges.
Cons
Chronic understaffing, excessive workload, unrealistic productivity expectations, and frequent responsibility creep without adequate support or recognition. Employees were often expected to manage multiple roles simultaneously, making it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Career advancement opportunities were limited despite strong performance and increased responsibilities.
