      It has been a great place to work. It seems that when I have shown an interest in a job I have been able to get it. I have been able to get back into the working, use my master's degree and work online from home.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
