Pros

The staff acts polite and cheerful.

Cons

This is a sales organization. Get an attorney to demand every minute detail of your employment be documented and signed by a principal before commencing employment. This includes compensation, commissions, benefits, schedule, reimbursements, ethics, pay schedule, pay amounts, basic business equipment and materials, breaks, and so on. Do not spend your own money for business expenses or provide your own materials or equipment. Do not assume that applicable employment laws will be followed. Do not sign anything without full attorney approval. Read up on applicable employment law. Assume nothing. Don't go by impressions or verbal or email reassurances.

Pros

Very friendly colleagues so the working environment is good. Working hour is 12-8pm, which fits my habit. Company also provides complimentary lunch during weekends.

Cons

Sales quotas are a little bit stressful, but you can learn a lot of sales techniques. The average salary might be a little bit low in Bay Area

Pros

Honestly, there were virtually no meaningful positives beyond gaining minimal exposure to administrative tasks.

Cons

The role was misleading from the start—despite being hired as an administrative assistant, the work was heavily sales-driven. Management lacked professionalism and frequently took over or reassigned my clients, undermining both performance and morale. The company consistently made promises regarding growth and support that were never fulfilled. The work environment was extremely high-pressure, with unrealistic expectations, no overtime compensation, and little regard for employee well-being. Overall, a highly toxic and unsupportive workplace.
