Cutting Edge - Software Engineer Izel Tech Employee Review

I worked with IzelTech for almost two years. An excellent mid-size consulting company. Really talented engineers and management team. It is an absolutely flat structure company. Including from the CEO, everyone is accessible and communicative. The working environment was just great. Manage your own time and tasks, was the policy. There was a perfect balance of work and fun. IzelTech actually invested in a few of the certifications that I did out of my personal interest while I was with the company; without making me sign-up for any bond or lock-in they just made the investment. Very valuable for me. I got exposure to some really good customer products. This is by far one of the best storage/cloud boutique consulting companies in Pune. The CEO is based in the US and brings in really cutting edge technologies to Pune. Overall my experience has been fantastic- I would surely like to re-join if I come back to Pune.

- I dont think of any cons as such...In fact we had snacks, coffee, Tea, hot chocolate drinks as well as other facilities for free.

I worked on two really good DevOps projects at IzelTech. I was never on bench. I worked on CI/CD implementation and on App Orchestration with two very good California companies. I got the change to interact with the customer every day. The top management gave me a free hand to interact with the customer, propose ideas. I learned good proposal building working with Sachin and my Practice head. I really learned a lot at IzelTech. This company has a reputation to have good projects and I experienced it myself. Management is approachable and friendly. The CEO helped me with my career even after leaving IzelTech.

Isolated teams. Every account/project and the team members act as though they are an independent company. Project managers don't exchange information across the board. Company has stopped free lunch. Only free even snacks and beverages.
