I worked with IzelTech for almost two years. An excellent mid-size consulting company. Really talented engineers and management team. It is an absolutely flat structure company. Including from the CEO, everyone is accessible and communicative. The working environment was just great. Manage your own time and tasks, was the policy. There was a perfect balance of work and fun. IzelTech actually invested in a few of the certifications that I did out of my personal interest while I was with the company; without making me sign-up for any bond or lock-in they just made the investment. Very valuable for me. I got exposure to some really good customer products. This is by far one of the best storage/cloud boutique consulting companies in Pune. The CEO is based in the US and brings in really cutting edge technologies to Pune. Overall my experience has been fantastic- I would surely like to re-join if I come back to Pune.

- I dont think of any cons as such...In fact we had snacks, coffee, Tea, hot chocolate drinks as well as other facilities for free.

I worked for Izel technologies for close to three years. Through that time, I worked for multiple clients, and in multiple technologies. Pros : 1. Technically sound leadership 2. Agile methodology is followed religiously and correctly. 3. The company has worked with most of the leading companies in Storage and Virtualization. 4. Encourage employees to learn new technologies. 5. Work culture has a structure and robust process. 6. Regular free evening snacks provided in the office. 7. Office-sponsored lunch when had to work on weekend. One more thing that I want mention is that the emphasis on correct and timely documentation. One could be working on smallest of the PoCs but it is documented and shared. Also the team leads/ architects / managers I worked with, all of them are excellent listeners. This is very important from employee point of view.
