      Pros

      Coworkers and when the management made 'mistakes' scheduling so we actually made money.

      Cons

      The management is slimy and patronizing at best. At worst, they are completely ignorant to proven and logical business morality and practices. They schedule too many servers on slow shifts and not enough on busy ones. It's a nightmare most days.

      Hours, and money are consistent. The culture is overall pretty positive!

      Due to the stage scheduling, you’re responsible for getting your own shifts covered so that can be stressful

      Food Allowance per quarter Lots of support

      Cons

      Must take 1 week of vacation at a time, cannot take a day here or there, Monday to Sunday work week, so getting Saturday/Sunday off together was next to impossible unless you wanted to work more than 7 days in a row. Work 95% of weekends
