pitches the ability to make money

micromanaging, poor people management, inability to allow employee autonomy, no integrity in moralistic choice, gives the illusion of wanting to help, lacks of support in diversity of thought, diversity of workman style or simple diversity of understanding difference or disabilities. Extreme "do as I say, not as I do" culture. no ability to give space for staff to complete tasks but projects on to employees the stress of being "perceived" of not working or not trying even when employees go way above bar to show their work success and value.
