      Pros

      Great pay if you are full time. Willing to work with you on certain situations. Merit raises each year if full-time.

      Cons

      It's mandatory for certain divisions to take a trip to Dallas, TX. They do not necessarily do much about hostile work environment. Some divisions are able to work from home full-time, others aren't allowed to work from home at all.

      You have to work holidays, weekends, and nights sometimes.

      Competitive pay, local jobs available, steady work, decent pay for new drivers, growing company with many opportunities across the country. many veteran drivers and career management.

      Cons

      In cab facing cameras. Getting a steady role in the company can take time. No real upper management to communicate with if there is a problem.
