      A good place that will teach you the ropes of the Logistics world.

      Cons

      Horrible Pay, Bonus schedule is not good, "care about employees wellbeing" but refuse to pay well, refuse to work around the work from home, high demand for little pay.

      Pros

      Competitive pay, local jobs available, steady work, decent pay for new drivers, growing company with many opportunities across the country. many veteran drivers and career management.

      Cons

      In cab facing cameras. Getting a steady role in the company can take time. No real upper management to communicate with if there is a problem.
