Perfect company if you have no previous oil and gas experience but this company is notorious for under-paying their employees... unless you're a family member then you have it made.

This company is a giant hen house! The acronym JCC is a joke in the industry as "Just Chicks Consulting" and you can guess what happens in a giant hen house -- gossip and lots of it. If you are a hard worker, that's great but be prepared to work your tail off and have someone else take the credit. If you are good at stroking your manager's or VP's ego, you will be rewarded and go far within the company but you will always be paid below industry standard. Bide your time, study up, and understand this company will only be of benefit to you when you get hired on with another company but make sure no one within the company knows you're looking because they will fire you on the spot.
