Pros

When I worked there 2003-2009 there used to be a real positive employee/employer relation ship. The pay was fair and many positions had intensives like commissions, bonuses. The working hours were distributed fairly and if you worked hard you were rewarded. There was good training to the employees so you felt good about the way you presented yourself. Finally there were some very good employee discounts and many employees used to work there because of that.

Cons

Returning there to work in 2013 was a big mistake. The training has all but disappeared, the fair pay and bonuses are gone. You are not rewarded for hard work anymore. The hours are set to so many different employees and are not real ones that you can work with and survive on as an employee. The Team spirit and good employee relationships are not the same.

Sometimes traffic can be really slow so it was hard to meet my goals as a full-time stylist.

Pros

There are a lot of talented, hardworking people at this company, which makes recent leadership decisions even more frustrating.

Cons

Communication around major organizational changes has been vague and inconsistent, leaving employees with significant uncertainty and little confidence in the direction of the business. Morale has declined considerably. Many employees feel that years of experience, performance, and institutional knowledge are being undervalued in favor of rigid policies and top-down decision making.
