      Discount and co-workers are great!

      Cons

      The Store Manager at Hawthorne Plaza in Overland Park, KS is cruel and a huge control freak. She works way beyond 40 hours a week just to control every aspect and is always calling associates into her office to berate "coach" them. The turnover is off the charts!

      - lack of support from senior leadership - blatant sexism within hiring practices - no path for growth opportunities - convoluted feedback from leaders - clear preference for outside hiring management roles - some of the lowest payroll hours you will ever see in retail alongside some of the most demanding workloads
