Pros
You gain experience in a wide net of topics. Coworkers are very supportive and trustworthy. Great starting point in a career of cybersecurity.
Cons
You are spread to thin between the wide range of topics to make any real impact. They focus more on building a process then progressing a program. A process for everything! Almost any request requires 3 or more approvals. Want a new tool? Good luck. They will tell you what to use while tying your hands and expect you to be innovative. PAY! Way to low for a security analyst position. If you have experience, go anywhere else. The amount of admin work and metrics Involved in your daily work is near crippling. It takes away from rear effectiveness that you could have on the company. Remote work was revoked after being hired on the premis of having hybrid upon hire as a selling pitch. Your work is viewed as a check box. Management will not entertain change (Even with vendor reports to support). Directors appear to worry more about thier peer relations then they do following thier own processes.
