Pros
I have been working here since the last term of my graduate education. My team manager is nice and helpful as a mentor, and I really learn a lot from her, the team and other departments. If you really want a self-growth, challenging, and encouraging working experience, J.ING would be a great place to support you.
Cons
I basically love everything here since this already an ideal job to start my career. However, if you want an easy job, this is not the place. The e-commerce industry is a competitive environment and you have to know how to get a work-life balance. Trust me, it's always worth it when you accomplish a major project or did something you didn't think about it before.
