Pros

As a Performance Marketing Intern, I would say the cons are: 1. Lots of excellent opportunities for personal growth 2. Get valuable hands-on experience with various digital marketing campaigns 3. Experienced digital marketers to learn from 4. Chance to get valuable insights of the fashion industry In three months, I learned so much of digital marketing (Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Social & Paid Search, etc.) while interning there. It is definitely a great opportunity if you're just getting started in the digital marketing space and want to get hands-on experience in terms of planning & executing digital marketing campaigns. My supervisors are very experienced in the industry and I learned tremendously every day. There is also a lot of growth potentials in this company.

Cons

Didn't get to work with my colleagues face-to-face because of the pandemic :(
