Pros
This company used to be pretty good to work for. Plenty of job opportunities and various types of customers. Salary was a livable wage. Used to have a good culture dynamic. They promoted from within and invested in their employees.
Cons
The new people holding leadership roles (vp, hr and plant manager) are ruining everything this company was built upon. From failing to support skilled workers and meeting their needs to ignoring serious issues to cutting customers they don't deem worthy. Half hazardly implementing 6S processes, cutting supply chain resources without doing proper research on the effects it will have. Very little safety enforcement on repeat ppe offenses to just an all around lack of respect for any person working production/hourly.
