      Pros

      Paid health benefits for employee. Managers don't bother you as long as you keep doing your job. Free shoe samples. Met tons of people from all over the world. Good environment and great perks (bonuses, holiday party, time off).

      Cons

      Very busy (which can be stressful). Pay rate is set (low) and it is not competitive but if u factor in the perks it makes up for the difference.
