Pros

JWPR is a boutique agency with the strategic expertise and impressive client roster of a larger firm, serving clients across luxury hospitality, food & beverage, design, and real estate. The company is deeply committed to internal growth, promoting talent from interns to director-level roles. Perks include flexible hybrid work, summer Fridays, PTO that increases with tenure, annual agency retreats, and more. Leadership is supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in each team member’s success. I would recommend JWPR to anyone looking to start or advance a career in PR or social media.

Cons

No cons of working here. The agency values proactive, self-driven team members who take initiative and ownership of their work, so if you are looking for close supervision and/or a micromanaging style, JWPR won't be the best fit.

I have nothing but great things to say about this agency! There's a great variety of clients across luxury hospitality, lifestyle, and design. The team is very supportive, collaborative, and the kindest group you'll work with. The leadership team are experts in this industry and are some of the best people to learn from. There are many growth opportunities within the agency and they quickly honor diligent and beautiful work. Overall, I'd recommend J. Wade to anyone within the PR and Social industry!

Pros

I had a positive experience working as an Account Manager at J.Wade! The leadership team is strong, supportive, and truly trusts their employees, which creates an empowering and immersive work environment. The culture is a standout—working alongside a team of incredibly smart, strategic women made the experience both inspiring and collaborative. I also had the opportunity to work with great clients and take meaningful ownership of my accounts, which helped me grow professionally.

Cons

The pace is quick and the work is detail-oriented, often requiring a full, focused workday. If you’re motivated and results-driven, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to succeed and grow.
