The company is deeply committed to internal growth, promoting talent from interns to director-level roles. Perks include flexible hybrid work, summer Fridays, PTO that increases with tenure, annual agency retreats, and more. Leadership is supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in each team member’s success. I would recommend JWPR to anyone looking to start or advance a career in PR or social media.

No cons of working here. The agency values proactive, self-driven team members who take initiative and ownership of their work, so if you are looking for close supervision and/or a micromanaging style, JWPR won't be the best fit.
