Mixed Bag of Good and Bad - Machinist IV J & B Machine Employee Review

This shop relies on sub-par tooling to make some pretty intricate parts (the tool life is terrible) and most machines are scheduled poorly. This typically leads to a scramble on how to make a product when other machines in the facility would handle the product in one operation. The management team is rather inexperienced, and HR is related to the owner; nepotism just doesn’t work for some people.
