I have been working in J&F for more than 1.5 Years and I genuinely feel the work culture is different and really appreciable. You will get full responsibility and ownership of the work to learn and explore more. If I talk about management, it is very friendly and employees are more supportive, interactive with each other. Most of the people are from tier 1 colleges which is good for guidance.
