Expect micromanagement, unethical practices led at the leadership level, and the withholding of information to external users such as government agencies and auditing entities. Investors and vendors are misled regarding the financial position of the company to enable the sole proprietor to minimize expense, and increase revenue... These practices are done and if any exposure takes place, the day-to-day associates are expected to be accountable.
