Really lovely funny people in lower roles

Horrible horrible management and culture - salaries are lowest of the low, no pay reviews unless you threaten to leave, zero training or development opportunities. Also hugely un-PC environment, management say word for word “don’t worry, we’re not woke here”. It is 98% white private school and I have seen people who are on the spectrum be bullied out because they don’t “fit in”. There is also sexual harassment of young female employees and everyone turns a blind eye
