      JABA has an outstanding mission. Some of the leadership is great. Great surface work environment.

      Some in leadership are poorly suited for their positions. Communication is incredibly poor. Very upper management centric

      Only pro was getting to work with the aging population

      Cons

      -micromanagement from supervisor -hostility and gaslighting from supervisor who fostered a very toxic work environment -an unmanageable amount of work - almost 100 open cases at any time -very little pay -HR, management, and ceo were dismissive and unresponsive when multiple incidents were brought to their attention -horrible hierarchy
