Pros

Work from Home Flexibility – No commute, saving time and money. The IT team is quite supportive.

Cons

The work culture is toxic—isolated, stagnant, and outright exploitative. From day one, you’ll feel the tension, misery, and a deep sense of being lost. There’s no one to look up to, no guidance, and no support. Senior sales leaders are indifferent and disengaged, offering zero learning opportunities. Managers and team members deliberately keep you out of meetings, ensuring you remain in the dark, no matter how many times you ask. There’s no exposure to existing customers, no on-the-job training, and absolutely no career growth. The longer you stay, the more drained and demoralized you’ll become. Marketing is a complete farce, and everyone knows it. Leadership doesn’t care. HR has no say. Sales catch-up calls are nothing but mind-numbing routines, and meetings serve no purpose other than to waste time. There’s no budget for anything—networking events are dismissed as unnecessary costs, and even the most basic business functions receive zero support. Strategies change every two weeks, forcing you to restart before even completing a full cycle. You’ll be left scrambling while the rest of the team hides behind their account management roles, laughing at your struggle from a safe distance. The hierarchy is brutally unfair. Long-standing employees enjoy unchecked privileges, while newcomers are treated as expendable test subjects—forced to endure years of exploitation just to validate the status quo. It’s a role built for suffering, where you exist only as a scapegoat, with no future and no reward in sight. Soon enough, you’ll realize that every SDR before you faced the same fate—you’re just the latest victim in a never-ending cycle.

Pros

Really kind people to work for who actually do care about work/life balance and employee experience

Cons

Nothing significant. They're fully remote, so if you want an office, this isn't for you, but the flexibility was great.
