No health benefits for entry level, however, they do offer paid travel, amazing bonus structures and growth opportunities!

Pros

I really enjoyed working with JAM and Jacob. I recently had to leave my position working in the PR sector due to my husband's career and I was sad to go. JAM is incredibly focused on creating a team environment in which I felt very supported as a new employee. Once I had some experience under my belt, I loved the fact that I was then able to become a leader in the organization and help those around me. The environment is upbeat, positive and overall, I would recommend working with this growing company. Although they have only been around a year, we experienced tremendous growth while I was with the company and I found there were plenty of advancement opportunities since they are so young. You definitely don't feel like a number at JAM. I'm going to miss them!!

Cons

Just a little bit unorganized when we first started but I really felt like things were running very smoothly after a month of opening.

Pros

I learned so much starting in the entry level at JAM! I really wanted experience and I definitely got it here. I learned to market products, to talk to customers, to manage and oversee events. I also got hands on training with interviewing/HR, which was really fun! I love working with the clients, they are constantly growing and switching out clients so it gave me a wide range of different products to work with which challenged me on the daily! I loved going to the national conferences, those were a lot of fun. High energy work environment in the office. Getting a promotion is quick if you work hard

Cons

no health benefits until you get a promotion
