Friendly/helpful relationship between most workers and people who have been working there for many years
Cons
It's a mess. Management is all over the place. They don't understand ground sentiment and trying to maximise and extract the most amount of money with the cheapest labour. Warehouse or office or retail staff, this would be a dead end job for you unless you're somehow connected to the management. Work a bit, gain experience and then switch up. Pay increments is non-existent here. Work elsewhere if need to.
