I have never seen anything like this. The current CEO was "promoted" to mess up another region in Asia region, and no one likes the new CEO. As a result of these poor decisions, many valuable employees have left. The new CEO is struggling to keep things together. Bad decisions were made, and the wrong people were promoted. One office manager was promoted to COO within a year simply because of a contract with Israel. They laid off a large group of employees, and now they’re struggling to find replacements. The new hires have no clue what they're doing, and service quality is declining. Morale is very low, and people are overworked. Instead of addressing the core issues causing dissatisfaction, Human Resources is setting up motivational training sessions. The VP and managers are never around—they’re always "traveling for work." While the company is cutting the workforce, not paying fair wages, and squeezing everyone’s benefits, they’ve announced several mergers. I wonder where that money is coming from if they can’t offer competitive salaries or hire more people. All the positive reviews you see here that are short are produced by the company to make themselves look good. Read the negative ones—those are real, including mine, which is written out of frustration. This is a toxic and bullying environment, and they’re doing nothing to address it. Every change they’ve made has been detrimental and not in the best interest of the employees. There’s no trust because all the leadership, from the CEO down to the office managers, are liars. What else would you expect from a company run like an Italian mafia? Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before accepting any job from JAS. This is coming from a dedicated employee of 10 years who has been abused and devalued by this company.
