Pros

Helping seniors lives to improve and be better while also giving them the support they need

Cons

Terrible management and work environment due to managers.Management retaliation when you speak up and stand up for yourself. They would rather protect their managers than admit that some of their managers don’t know how to proffessionally deal with work place conflicts professionally ,rather their managers would rather be dishonest and make up grievances that are not true about their employees simply because they used their right to professionally speak up for themselves.Honestly unless you really need a job please don’t work here

Pros

The job is easy to grasp and if you enjoy working with the older population and helping others as a starter social worker it’s good experience. The benefits are some of the best you’ll find in the city.

Cons

All your working hours are tracked and need to be accounted for. You’re constantly monitored and the program is often audited, so micromanagement has increased especially since there were structural changes in the organization. The pay is low for the amount of work expected.
