Coworkers are pretty decent people and most are hardworkers. Great location and everyone knows everyone else's names. Flexible schedule.
Cons
Career advancement opportunities are not there. Pay raises do not occur. Health insurance costs very high. One hour lunch breaks are too long. Repetitive job with little chance of lateral movement or advancement.
