      1.They can hire anyone.if u have knowledge don't have knowledge.

      Cons

      1.Salary is not on time.no guarantee about salary waiting since 2 month. 2.after one year they will remove from company. 3.they took charge amount before you let in company. 4.managment team will not reply anything after once money get received to them. 5.They mainly target to fresher.

      with high comp and low competition

      Cons

      Most TPMs are either pure engineers with no business sense, or MBAs with no technical depth. You're both — that's the sweet spot.
