Pros
Laid-back, conversational team spirit. Employee support is everywhere, and the pay is fantastic for how much you'll find yourself standing around doing nothing.
Cons
High-pressure after a while. Too many KPIs to keep track of and consistently surpass monthly, otherwise automatic termination. Especially their Extra Care system that they keep getting sued over - do they want to help people or make money? It's a bit rude from the JB Hi-Fi that used to be so good. There can be strange people working there for sure.
