Some talented and hardworking colleagues across teams, some nice people

Favourism. Concerns related to bullying, inappropriate conduct, and sexism are not addressed adequately. High employee turnover creates instability, impacts morale, and places additional pressure on remaining staff. Communication and expectations are often unclear, making it difficult for employees to succeed and grow professionally. Lots of changes, lots of uncertainties

I disagree with a lot of the comments here, Ultimately progression is very meritocratic and if you do well, you will advance quicker. JBA places a premium on chartered status - personally I do not think this is a bad thing and is in line with competitors. Salary can be lower than competitors, but has improve a lot in recent years and other benefits outweigh this in my view.
