Great pay and fun job

No cons, everything has been fun

I have been working at JBCconnect for less than a year. It is my first job in the recruiting space having worked in the creative space prior to this role. My current coworkers have tons of experience and know-how and are eager to share it with me. I am really lucky to have been surrounded by very intelligent people here since I started. Our leaders are generally very helpful and are good individuals. It's been heavily emphasized from the get-go that this opportunity is what I make of it and while I am supported it is clear the opportunities are endless.

The people are generally nice and helpful, but we have clearly had some really bad eggs here as well. I am happy to know that the toxic group has long since gone or been let go of. There is still some talk of these older employees who seemed to have sucked the life out of our team, but again they are gone so my hope is that this great place I am seeing stays that way. One call out I do have though is that we are lacking a strong sales element here, but it seems the business is aware of it and focusing hard to change that.
