Initial job learning curve can be difficult. Certain partner organizations can be difficult to work with and also very territorial. New hires are thrown into the shark tank with minimal training and supervision. It is incumbent upon individuals to excel or flounder. Currently, there is little in the way of advancement opportunities. Personally, I enjoyed this sort of environment, but I understand how and why not all will.
