      Pros

      Got a call, saw their website... met MD.. very young.. thought must be prudent man.. office was OK.. had a huge maruti vendor backdrop.. all driving factors

      Cons

      joined them as AGM... no role.. all the pending or painful issues loaded on my desk on day 1.. no culture.. nothing to do with deadlines.. told me work well or forget salary.. on 3rd day.. left them like a bad choice.. people at my level never remained for more than 1 month or so..

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with the ladies from JBM & Assoc. They were very easy to work with and I was able to be creative and work without being micro managed.

      Cons

      They sold the event to another company and my contract ended.
