      Free beer with the president at work. Other soft benefits. Great place to use the equipment and learn OTJ.

      Cons

      Low moral standard. Hires criminals(violent, sexual, forgery, theft, and drugs). Zero communication. Good ole boys club. No real hard benefits. High turnover. No diversity. Trumpers.
