There are lot of Cons: 1. MD and Chairman will always make you feel down instead of correcting your mistakes 2. MD's do not have manners to talk to girls, they insult you badly on your face. 3. MD eats Tobacco and spit in front of you and some MD's dont even know how to speak basic english. Instead they ruin your english. 4. They deduct your salary for small things like coming late, coming from half day, misplacing of unnecessary files. They do not provide you with stationary also. This company is very chindi. 5. People just know to delegate your work and interfere unnecessarily. 6. Unhygenic place to sit and eat. 7. This company is shortfall of funds and will wind up soon. They never clear the bills of advocates, dealers, and other 8. The worst part is the HR do not have any control of power and for full year they conduct interviews and you never feel secured about your position or placement in company. HR keeps on finding replacement for you throughout the year. 9. If you join this company i advice you to please take appointment letter first from this cheaters. And when you decide to leave this company its better you forgo your salary rather than waiting for Full and Final settlement because they never do that and you feel highly stressed. 10. None of your boss or reporting authority will ever take responsibilty and stand for the work. 11.This people don't clear your FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT, instead they mentally harass you for no reason.

Honestly speaking, there is no 1 good reason to work with this company.

MD is totally manner less. MD will always insult you. None of the employees working with his company are professional. He does not trust any of his employees. MD may terminate your service at any time.
