Working here has been a wonderful experience. From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, caring, and supportive, creating a genuine sense of belonging and making the workplace feel like a second home. Tight nit but not overbearing work environment with supportive coworkers. JCM has high standards and will be sure to make sure you meet them.

If you need a more physically active job then being a draftsman is not going to be the one. 99% of the time you work will be on the computer.
